Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive the sales of our cutting-edge medical software, specifically designed to streamline and automate appointment scheduling processes in the healthcare industry. As a Medical Software Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare organizations, and successfully closing deals to meet sales targets.

9. Provide feedback and input to the product development team based on customer needs and market demand.

10. Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure successful implementation and customer onboarding.

 

Requirements:

1. Proven track record of success as a sales manager, preferably in the healthcare industry.

2. Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential customers and build relationships.

4. Ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to diverse audiences, including C-level executives and IT professionals.

5. Self-motivated and target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.

6. Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles.

7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
